Single Excerpt from the upcoming EP "The Grand Tour", which will be out on April 9th
About The Grand Tour
The Grand Tour's journey evolves through dystopian and luminous landscapes. Its five tracks are built around ethereal textures, drum clusters and soothing melodies, creating a world filled with detail. From this scenery rises a synthetic color along with raw shapes and tones that suggest the multifaceted and contemplative aspects of nature.
Biography
Camille is a composer and music producer currently based in Montreal. A classically trained pianist, it is by exploring electronic music and its potential that she expanded her piano compositions. Making harmony the starting point of her music, she enriches it with her sound design experiments and meditative soundscapes. She fuses ambient electronic, melancholic melodies and some subtle but knotty beats with a touch of glitchy textures. Most often gravitating towards abstract and spontaneous music, she likes to play around different patterns and time signatures.

One of those releases that sat in my wishlist so long I forgot about it, then he posted a message about a new comp appearance, then I found him in my wishlist again and it hit like a proverbial ton of bricks. Bought all the related releases though I still prefer the original album. The drums on "Hombres de Armas" are straight killin' and the album concept is extremely well delivered. Almost like a super-updated Strange Cargo era William Orbit. Highly recommended. Anthony Childs
